CRUSADERS. Chios. Maona Society, circa 1347-1385. Follis (Bronze, 17 mm, 0.92 g). Castle with three towers and one door; around, five rosettes; on the lower part of the castle, countermark: rosette within incuse circle. Rev. Cross pattée in center; in angles, rosettes. Schlumberger pl. XV, 22. Rare. Thick deposits, otherwise, very fine.
